Simply open the e-mail by double-clicking on it, and follow the instructions below:

Eudora

1. Click the "Blah Blah Blah" button at the top of the e-mail.
2. Cut and paste the headers into the message you want to forward.

Outlook Express 4 (Internet Explorer 4) & Outlook Express 5 (Internet Explorer 5):

1. Choose File from the pull-down menu bar.
2. Select Properties. Another window will open, showing two tabs.
3. You want to choose the selection titled Details.
4. Cut and paste the headers into the message you want to forward.

Pegasus Mail

1. Choose Reader from the pull-down menu bar.
2. Select Show all Headers.
3. Cut and paste the headers into the message you want to forward.
